Our system has open tickets from years ago still open. We cannot close them out. It says they must be closed out by staff bank that created them. Is there a way for a manager to override the system to get rid of those tickets? It is driving me crazy!

Errors for example when applying a store credit during payment acceptance. Its shocking really.

I have been working with the product for a week at my new employer. I am a MS Certified Professional with Dynamics CRM, and have also worked with Dynamics GP a bit. Both products are great. This POS system is really not good. First of all it utilizes dynamic SQL statements which is a terrible implementation; even Microsoft will tell you that. We get deadlocks all the time (that should NEVER happen these days) and that is with only 6 registers. Additionally it throws errors at random.

Probably in its report writing. If the report is not present that you want I could write one for you.

It sounds like you had a really bad experience which is unfortunate. We've been selling it for over 5 years and its really come a long way. The dealer does make a big difference in some cases but the software is very good out of the box and quite useful by many retailers. 40,000 users out there and we have a long list of happy customers that we can share with anyone who is interested in a deeper dive.

Obviously the customer below did not purchase this package from us. There are companies out there that sell a similiar package - however it is often missing some of the higher end pieces. We let you know from the beginning what you need to do what you want. Don't be confused by COPY CAT POS Companies. We have been doing this since 1998 and YOU are our reputation!
